Ramp API PHP wrapper

The Ramp.com team has an API with basic examples of using their service via the API so I wanted to make it a much easier developer experience. Hire Dragons was the main purpose for this idea as they needed a simplified way of interacting with the Ramp API.

Shoutout to Junho C. for the help getting access to the API!
Project: A simple way to interact with ramp.com API via my PHP wrapper.

I made this in response to the project by Alvar Carto but they always face an issue of their map generation tool being down so I made my own.

Project: An Alvar Carto clone but my own take at it.
